"Change is a process. Understanding how to help people change permanently is critical in the therapy and coaching realm. Joanna and Matthew Raabsmith have a definitive understanding of when deeper therapy is needed, when coaching can help someone develop new behaviors, and when individual or family work is needed to bring hope, healing and forgiveness."
